AS A TEACHER.. 

I am an enthusiastic, positive and experienced teacher.  I am passionate about developing the individual work and ability of the students I teach, through well planned and paced lessons, with clear objectives.  I encourage pupils to be inspired by art, design and craft, whilst embracing their own style.  My schemes of work use a relevant range of art references and I tailor teaching material to suit individual IEP’s and different learning styles.  As pupils develop their practical skills, I foster proactive improvement, through the use of reflective assessment.
